These hydraulic cylinders are normally used in fields where the use of hydraulics as a motive force is required. They are mainly used to minimize manufacturing costs. They are normally produced in large series and are also used when special attachments are required, when it would otherwise be extremely expensive to machine them from a single piece. They are normally used in mobile and naval applications; they can be supplied with stainless steel or standard nickel-plated and chrome-plated steel rods. On request, liquid penetrant and magnetoscope test certifications can be provided for the welds.
