These hydraulic cylinders are designed to use internal LVDT or magnetostrictive linear transducers. The design depends on the requirements of the machine. They come with various types of connection and bore sizes. The internal parts are fitted with low friction seals that guarantee speeds of up to 10 m/sec and frequencies of up to 20 Hz. They can be provided with valve blocks complete with proportional valves, accumulators, servo valves, pressure transducers and load cells. They are usually produced with square heads and tie rods. The surface treatment of the external components prevents the formation of rust. Because this type of servo cylinder is designed to provide an immediate response and to work in continuous cycle plastic injection and blow moulding machines that require high performance and long term durability (downtime can mean huge losses for the customer), the internal seals are also made to withstand wear.
