The shape and dimensions of these monolithic body double acting hydraulic cylinders are designed according to the customer’s drawings. The cylinders are milled directly from a block of high-strength steel. The forged steel rods are turned, ground and chrome plated to obtain a smooth and perfect surface. The closing flanges of the hydraulic cylinders are screwed directly into the cylinder body in order to reduce the number of components and make the structure even stronger. These monolithic body double acting hydraulic cylinders can operate with pressures of up to 800 BAR and are designed to work for a limitless number of heavy duty cycles.
