These are made using special hydraulic cylinders that actuate a rack and pinion to convert motion from linear to rotary. They can perform rotations of 0-360° with torques of up to 4000 daN. On request, they can be fitted with overcenter valves, end-of-stroke braking and a positioning encoder.
