The new fully air-conditioned area includes assembly cells, test benches and new instrumentation for assembling cylinders and servo cylinders in ideal conditions in terms of organization and space. The test bench allows Cabol to test extremely high performance servo cylinders by using three hydraulic pumps that allow flow rates up to 60 l/min and pressures of up to 700 bar to be obtained.
The bench is fitted with:
- a fluid filtration control system
- an electronic system for testing servo cylinders with a servo valve and position transducer in a closed loop to allow frequency and static friction testing.
